VALPOLICELLA – On the Hills of the Wine Roads
2nd Edition – Giornata dei Colli Veneti
A wonderful event dedicated to discovering Valpolicella through food and wine routes, winery visits, and authentic tasting experiences.
The event celebrates the great local wines — Amarone, Ripasso, Valpolicella Classico — blending wine culture, tradition, and the breathtaking landscapes of the Veronese hills.
March is a playful month: spring begins to awaken, the landscape changes, and Valpolicella reveals a new light. It is the perfect time to rediscover it through guided tastings, rolling hills, and encounters with the producers.
When & Where
Sunday, 22 March 2026, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Our winery, along with all participating wineries, will be open to visitors.
Weather permitting, tastings will take place outdoors; in case of rain, the event will be held inside the cellar. We recommend wearing comfortable, appropriate clothing.
How the event works
Each winery will offer two tasting glasses of DOC or DOCG wines.
At Le Bignele, guests will be able to taste:
- Valpolicella Classico DOC 2024
- Ripasso Classico DOC 2021
- Amarone Classico DOCG 2011, paired with chocolate 🍫

In collaboration with chef Elia, the following dishes will be available:
- Saffron & Guanciale Risotto
- Isolana-style Risotto
- Mixed Mushroom & Porcini Risotto
Ticket: €35,00 – available online only
The ticket includes tasting glass, wine holder, and two tastings at each participating winery.
A car is required to move between wineries.
